I finally replaced my PVC air hose that I have had for years. I hated it from the time I first used it, but it worked so I kept using it. That hose finally started leaking pretty badly so I bought this hose. It is so much easier to manage than a PVC hose. I don’t know that this air hose is better or worse than any other rubber air hose, but for the money you cannot go wrong.

I don’t have much experience with these hoses, but after reading reviews I decided to get this one and am happy with it. Seems well constructed and is pliable, coilable, etc. It doesn’t seem to be made of cheap rubber/plastic that would make it hard to coil or prone to kinking.

Flexible, crush resistant,does not mark,works in any temperature range-25to+30 Degree C.,fittings sturdy, does not kink.Coils/uncoils easily without memory even when cold. Light color yellow easily seen,finish is suede like( not shiny) so it is not a slipping hazard.

This is exactly what you would expect to receive. A good quality rubber air line. One thing to note the ends are 1/4 inch threaded ends, so if you don’t have them you will need the connectors to add on to this. I just used standard teflon thread tape, not paste so I can remove the ends easier if I need to.

This is a high quality hose for 1/4 inch connectors. For the price, you get 50 feet of high quality hose, but no connectors. You’ll need to get them elsewhere. The threaded ends on this hose are beveled so it makes for a great seal. I don’t know, but that may be standard for pressure hoses. If not, then it’s a great feature. I think this is a great hose, but it may be a little thick for my little compressor. I’m afraid, because of the weight and strength of this hose, that I run the risk of breaking the connector off on the compressor. Also, because of the thickness and volume of space within the hose, hooking it up to my little compressor decompresses the tank quite a bit. If I had to do it again, I would probably purchase a thinner hose. None the less, this hose performs excellently and I’m confident that it will last me my entire life.
